Time Frame: You must request a cancellation as soon as possible before the order is dispatched with in24 hrs of the delivery.

Process: To cancel or modify an order (changing size, color, or shipping address), you must contact our customer service team immediately.

Exceptions: If the package is already in transit or if a delivery was unsuccessful due to an incorrect address/unavailability, cancellation may no longer be possible.

COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders above  4,000, a  500 advance is often required, which may affect the cancellation terms for those specific orders
